so i’m nowhere near every day, but i did stretch a few days ago, and today i actually did some legitimate yoga while listening to american doll posse.
although it’s cliche of me, tori amos really does raise my inner strength.

although it’s cliche of me, tori amos really does raise my inner strength.
i stretched, and it felt so much better. it set me off on a great day of getting things done! nothing major on my life list, but just lots of minor annoying things whose deadlines were looming. i felt so great actually getting things done. i think the stretching helped me get off to a good start.
i stretched today. i hate it in the beginning, but then about half way through it feels really good and i’m glad i’m doing it.
as always. i finally stretched again. last week was really awful for me emotionally. it was all i could do to just get through it, let alone be good about my goals. this week was initially stressful but has improved greatly since after my midterm wednesday night. so this morning i stretched, and that is good.
did this every morning for the past 3 or 4 days. this morning i didn’t complete my routine, but at least i did something. this is also a great way to start the day and get myself thinking about my posture.
i started doing this for the new year… but then i’d skip a day here and there… and now i hardly ever do it. you know how it goes.
