Getting back on track

-I’ve scheduled: Dentist, vascular surgeon, and family doctor appointments.

-I have to reduce my sugar intake. I want to quit drinking Coke once and for all.

-Keep calm during the hectic days that come at work.



Progress report

-I’ve scheduled and attended the medical appointment. I got better at taking my meds, but I still need to improve in this. I slept in a better way.
This week challenges:
-Take my meds.
-Avoid sugar.
-Begin exercising.
-Sleep min. 6 hours
-Keep calm trough the hectic days.

I’ve been neglecting my health. I need to become more careful with this. So here are my steps:
-Everyday: Taking my meds. Eating healthy. No sugar.Sleeping min.6 hours.
