After about 15 different attempts. Starts and failures. I have completed the program. It feels really good to get through it.
Didn’t get ripped, but definitely got results.
Protip: Do not pay attention to the scale. Pay attention to how your clothes fit in week 6.
I bombed out of my last attempt about 3 weeks ago.
I started back up today. Hoping to make this a good run.
This is probably my 6th attempt at completing P90X. Still, every time I start week 2 I’m surprised at how much easier it is to make it through a workout. It’s still incredibly demanding physically, but mentally it’s completely attainable.
I guess the point is. If you’ve made it through week 1, week2 WILL be easier.
I missed yesterdays workout. Day 4 has been a real issue for me.
Today, instead of starting over next week, I just picked up with Legs and Back.
Did not want to get started this morning, but I forced myself to push play.
