I am already going there 5 weeks without stop about two times, but mostly three times a week. So I think I’m able to say I have been going to a gym regularly. Hurray! Next goal ticked off. What will be next?
To everybody who don’t know where to start: pay a trainer, it is not that expensive and the easiest way how to force yourself into it and to learn the right habits as well.

Well, I am healthy again. But I can not work out for a month. I think I am going to use it as excuse for Physical education in my school for the month, maybe longer. But I am planning to go to the gym after two weeks, or so, just after we get back from vacation in Turkey.
I went on the Tuesday’s morning to my doctor for preventive care and then to the gym. The same day my doctor called to tell me that I have terrible results of my liver test. Now after few examinations at few doctors I can say I have no idea what is happening to me. But:
1) I can’t exercise for some time
2) I can’t eat what I want (no fat)
3) I can’t go to work
4) (generally) I can’t go anywhere
So I have to take a little break, but anyway I am proud of myself that I was going there really regularly. And the gym will be closed for two weeks, so I couldn’t go there even if I was healthy. September, I’m coming.
I am really really going there regularly since the moment I started after my Bohemian vacation. Ooooo, yes. I am really really happy because of that… really. I feel a lot better and I feel stronger too. Now, when I am picking something up, e.g. at work, I lift it much more easily. I like the feeling. Just two, three weeks and I will tick this goal off.
I had my first night shift and the next day (half of today) I had an half-night shift. And guess what? I’m still going there and I did a great thing, when I signed to a trainer, ‘cause it is something else I was doing before. And as Knowfuture said, it is great feeling. Happy, I am really happy.
Today I went to the gym and yesterday, before work, I am going there again and this time I signed to a trainer. He looks like a fine person I will find out then. I am really happy, that I went there. I felt blue and lost my rucksack before leaving, but I went to the gym anyway, I am proud of that. So I would like to keep this, but I will see after my first night shift.
I was going there quite often and almost regularly last weeks (two weeks, but better then nothing). Now I won’t be here, at my country, for about three weeks. But than I am going to go there really regularly and often, like 6 or 5 times a week. I’m really looking forward to it, because I will be going to the work and gym and having my own life, without school for month, these holidays are great thing.
I wish you nice holidays too, good luck.
I went to “my” gym once again. This, third, time I was alone. I found out that it’s not that bad to be there alone. I think I did a great thing for myself. I met there one guy, he was there always when I was there, that two times before. He’s like 60 yrs old, I’m seventeen, but he looks like a funny guy. Age of elder and he’s talking like one of my age.
I hope It will ache tomorrow.—-The picture is from official site of the gym (www.iuventa.sk).
I’m slowly forgetting how the gym looks inside… I should find another one near my school, because my friends are always sick and don’t have money (for a gym?) and so… There’s still something which is ruining my plans. Two weeks ago I came home too late to go to the gym, then pal had to leave the city… And again and again.
This is not regular…
I’m far away from going there regularly, not even once a week, which is, I think, necessary for any kind of gain.
I should prepare something like plan and set it with my friends to get there more often.
