Oh Dear, I guess I must have a look at my Physical Environment, it’s not in anyway dirty but I have a few little repairs to do on the house and my poor car.

This goal is something that I have wanted to do for years and never manage to meet, so I really need to get a routine and stick to it although I’m so fickle I never manage to achieve this.

I will work out a routine and see if I can stick to it for at least a month and see if it helps me.
