Trace my family tree

I have been doing loads of research recently got to a family called Greenacre 1820. Some of the occupations are interesting.

Yesterday I was watching a programme on television where scientists took DNA samples of people who’s families have lived in the same region for years.

They also stopped people in the street of sussex who looked like they had an anglo saxon face and asked if they were local, was interesting as everyone they stopped had lived in the area for Years. They took pictures of the people and compared them to an original reconstruction of an anglo saxon face and the results were extremely similar.

All the people on the photos had wide cheek bones and the same features around the mouth and nose.

I thought this was fascinating I must start tracking my family tree again.
