drink more water and less diet coke

I have been drinking so much Coke Zero, it’s really bad. I have a water filter now so I am going to start drinking more water and less diet coke.

It’s quite easy to not drink diet coke at home even though my husband still drinks it. I am drinking heaps of water. It’s more difficult when going out for meals, I have been drinking diet coke rather than asking for a glass of water.

six weeks ago. It’s going good. I don’t drink diet coke at home anymore. I have been drinking heaps of water. I bought a huge 400ml glass from Ikea, that’s helped me drink lots of water. But I did have a diet coke at the mall today because the weather is so hot!!
