So I’m trying the squats. First day I did them, I tried to imitate the diagrams I’d seen online. But after a while I’m like… I must be doing these wrong—I don’t feel like I’m working anything. Quit after six minutes or so.
The next day I woke up SO SORE. :) Not in my glutes, but in my thighs.
Will have to figure out what I’m doing wrong… maybe ditch the diagrams and just tighten up, get down there until I can feel some kind of burn in my booty.
