I am building a house right by the ocean, only two minutes by walking. I enclose picture from the path along the ocean, there is a golf course there. The view from the house is islands, mountains, cliffs and ocean.
Last summer I tried for the first time to swap houses for three weeks. I was in a very nice apartment in Paris and a French-Icelandic family with three children were at the same time in my apartment in Iceland. They also got my car and I got theirs.
Anyway, this was a success and I am determined to try to do more of this in the future. Right now I live in a nice 120 square meters 3 bedroom apartment (very centrally and attractively located in Reykjavik Iceland.
In the near future I plan to move to a house in the outshirts of Reykjavik, it is on a extremely beautiful spot with unblocked view of ocean and mountain and only two minutes from the ocean.
