Finally had a relapse, after my boyfriend and I went camping for the weekend and allowed ourselves to both drink pop (it was camping, c’mon!) Then, the next week I was at camp, and the week after that was the fair… Suffice to say, I haven’t been very quick to stop again. Although I know I should!

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I agreed to stop drinking soda together. So… we’ll se how that works out. He drinks a lot of soda, too.
It’s been easier to not drink pop since I last wrote an entry, but I still do occasionally. For about a week after I got my braces taken off I didn’t drink any pop at all (the thought of it just disgusted me), but since then I’ve been drinking it occasionally. The thought that I shouldn’t is always in the back of my mind, though… Hopefully I can get rid of it completely by the end of summer!
This is a harder habit to break than I thought… now that I keep reminding myself I shouldn’t, I find myself wanting soda MORE. Especially when I have lunch, because juniors & seniors at my high school have open campus lunch. And now I’m living with my dad, who drinks soda even more than I do – when it’s in the fridge, it’s hard to resist :c but today I opted for apple juice instead – does that count? :\
