so it’s now next week and I have not been to the gym. I told myself that I would take the weekends off. And work out during the week. I went to the gym last wed. and now it’s mon. and I have to psyche myself up again…

OK. It’s once. But it’s good beginning. Went to the gym after class today even though I was tired. Felt great after.
The gym is looming like a huge deal. I can start by going for a walk.
I bought a self hypnosis CD about a month ago for motivation to exercise… and haven’t listened to it for a few weeks. Tonight I will listen to the meditation before I go to sleep. It’s actually really inspiring. I’m 6 months pregnant and really want to get a good routine going to get in shape for the upcoming “marathon”. I have gone to the gym and then stopped even though I felt great. Something comes up and then my stride is broken and weeks and months go by.
So here I go… I will try again.
