I have been taking short walks in the evening ( 40 minutes approx) and yesterday walked 6km around Taylor’s Island.

I’ve already started to do this. I find exercising excrutiatingly boring, but I don’t mind walking. I was doing this a lot a few years ago but I developed Plantar fasciitis so I had to give it up. Now I have decent shoes and am more careful about what I am doing.
