Jack is back 3 years ago

I’m waiting for the 5th season to start here in Switzerland (later this year). The other 4 seasons I have stared through obsessively. Jack B. was in such a mess in the end of the 4th season – how can he still return? And the terrible vice president will be the president in the 5th season, I assume.
