I’d like to try boxing…just to let some steam out. I think I have tons of rage inside me which usually comes out as throwing around stuff, cursing like devil (Finnish curses are especially juicy) and slamming doors. I find nothing more satisfying than throw something on the floor when I’m frustrated.
But some Swiss curse researcher (yes, they do exist) said that people who do curse often and loud are happier because they express their feelings. Perhaps cursing combined with boxing will make me as liberated as I want to be
