Make our horrible and small concrete garden look the best it can

A few months ago our garden looked so miserable and lifeless. Completely barren. While there is so much work still to do – painting, possibly repaving and creating a border – we have managed to grow something beautiful.

This, however, is just the beginning.

And the garden is beginning to look so very pretty. I’ve spent a considerable amount of time arranging everything, planting the flowers I got from Groupon and fixing up some of the older plants that we have. I’m quite surprised to discover that I enjoy gardening! There’s still lots to do, like paint the shed and doing something with the concrete itself to make it look more attractive, but it is definitely coming together. Looking out into the garden actually makes me happy now.

While I haven’t had the time to put in physical work into making the garden look gorgeous, I have purchased loads of flowers through an offer on groupon, which should arrive sometime this week. I also purchased a mini lemon tree and several planters and pots. I can’t wait for all of this stuff to arrive, I’m going to spend all of Saturday working on this!

They bloomed over the last few days, and they are beeyouteeful!

We got some pots and fixed up the plants in our garden, after only a few days I swear I can already see a little growth, which is pretty awesome.

I’m waiting until the end of April to get some decking stuff to cover the floor, and some paint to spruce up the shed.

It’s all coming along rather nicely.
