I am trying to run at least 3 times a week. But thats on tbe treadmill. The first 10 minutes are a killer: I nearly give up. The music is a very important factor and I realise I don’t have the right soundtrack. The other day I was using a friend’s MP3 player with lots of house music and it felt really good exercising to it. Time flies when you are listening to that fast beat, so I should update my music collection if I want to run faster! : )
I will start playing squash next week too with a friend. We will do it every Tuesday and that should improve my resistance too!
