i guess i tried a ‘lil bit too hard.

i haven’t been sticking to my workout plan faithfully for months. Way too many things have happened. :(

and since uni’s off for the next 2 months, i figure to get this whole workout mentality rolling in and slowly register it in my system. hopefully my quest of getting rid of the man boobs and extra flab around the core hahaha will be a success. haha

the plan:

Mon

  • Chest: 3 sets of pushups (push-ups), as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets
  • Back: 3 sets of overhand pullups (pull-ups), as many reps as you can do with 60s between sets
  • Legs: 3 sets of lunges, 6-12 reps per set with 60s between sets
  • Abs: Two sets of crunches, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

Time Required – 30 minutes
Tue

  • Cardio: jog, brisk walk or bike

Time Required – 30 minutes
Wed

  • Cardio: jog, brisk walk or bike

Time Required – 30 minutes
Thu

  • Chest: 3 sets of pushups, as many as you can do with 60s rest between sets

Damn the weather 16 months ago

Recent weather has been extremely unkind. Walking in the streets around college almost caused me to pass out – fo sho. That being said, I was bound to get ill. Dropped by the clinic and got my meds.

Am feeling slightly better now.

Will get this goal done once I feel better.

The Buff Process: Day 0 16 months ago

many times have I tried to create a fully fledged fitness journal but instead like many others it becomes half-assed drivel after a couple weeks.

So what makes this any different? Nothing BUT for my own benefit I will be posting up daily/weekly pics and logs of my body transformation. Yes, i’ve been trying to get a decent mid-section for ages but comes up with all sorts of excuses in the end. This ends now!

ya, i know round is a shape, but i want something looks more delicious. though i have been to gym occasionally, jog all the time, i don’t see much result YET. still have the flabby tummy. i really have no idea, well, maybe i don’t work hard enough, i think i just have to work harder, or maybe change the routine.

all i want for christmas is a six pack and sexy chest. hahaha.
