OK, I want to get back on track with this. I’ve gotten a lot better recently at the whole “taking care of self” thing (I think working in cosmetics has alot to do with that), but I still have trouble hitting this every day. My breath doesn’t really smell, and my mouth doesn’t really feel dirty when it’s been a couple days, so it’s hard to remember. And I have a habit of just dropping off at night. I think it’s probably easier for me to remember this in the morning. Also, I’ve decided it’s unnecessary for me to refrain from eating after brushing teeth; part of that is simply that I HATE the taste of toothpaste, and so I always feel like I need to put something in my mouth after. The way I figure it, not brushing for 3 days is worse than brushing and immediately eating.
If there was a way for me to figure out how to actually LIKE brushing, that would be nice.

I missed the 20th-23rd:( I think. I know that I dropped off fully clothed quite a bit during band camp, simply because I was exhausted. Well, I’ll say that if I brush from now until the 15th, I’ll still pass it off.
missed the 12th, brushed the 13th and 14th, will consider wee hours of 16th as being the 15th.
Having this goal be “brush teeth twice a day and floss” is just too darn hard, so I’m changing it to brushing every day, which is much more reasonable and necessary. And if I can do this every day between now and, say, September 7, then I’ll pass it off.
I came up with a goal that has been helping me get better at this! My goal is to use up my tube of toothpaste by the end of May. It’s a much more visible marker, and kind of fun.
