I need to reduce bad carbs and drink loads of water. I need support and will give support to anyone who wants help. I’m a bit lazy at times but respond well when I actually at the gym doing exercise. Its just getting there thats the problem. My goal is to lose 2 stone plus but an interim goal is to lose 5 pounds in the month of june and lose 3 inches off my waist. I know this is a big goal but I need to do it.
My aim is to go gym 4 times plus a week
Drink water and eat more raw foods
food combining regularly
weight training every other day.
I wish to lose a minimum of 2 stone by changing my diet and exercising every day. My birthday is on the 31st of March. II wish to weigh at least 11 stone by then.
