I row 2x/ week instead of lifting weights 3x. That’s improvement compared to previous nothingness.
I’ve decided to use my holidays to get used to train regularly. This is the habit I want to implant for the rest of my life!
i see myself adopting this goal for a lifetime but need to remember that lifetime starts today, right now…

i want to make lifting weights an integral part of my life year around for the rest of my life. i have history of restarting and giving up – i want that experience to work for my best now.
i want to improve my body composition by 2% and to go one size down in a month.
now i said this.
it is so pleasant to have strong core, i want to do it again and keep it.
