I did it, I did it! 22 months ago

I instilled a new habit, the trick was to link it to already present habits. So now I’m used to meditate 10 mins each morning, instead of returning to bed :)

My next step is to meditate twice a day, morning and first thing after work, instead of trowing myself onto couch, grabbing remote!

I will instill new habit 22 months ago

Each morning after I leave bathroom, instead of returning to bed: I go to kitchen, boil some water, drink it hot, and meditate for 10 mins. Bhastrika before. 5 min rest afterwards. This is my new habit I will instill.

Next step will be to add some ginger to is (and to extend the time). And to listen Veda while resting afterwards.

i'm determined 2 years ago

woo hoo – twice a day almost every day. this is so great.
i used new moon to restart this goal. and sms reminders from google calendar are really helpfull.
i finnaly found the tool that really helps me manage my time, and it is free!

Since intro lecture last friday 18.5, that was real eye-opener, it reminded me what i’m missing for so long! but not any more! not a single day!!! :-)



I meditated this morning, after a long time 2 years ago

it wasn’t my intention at all! i reopened this goal just to write this entry.
i wrote my ideal day yesterday and meditation was listed, of course.
so this morning after i did my excercises for meridians, drank water, i said why not, sat down, did bhastika, started to meditate and bursted into tears. just like that!
