got older less than 2 months last 8 months LOL :-)
this made my day! how this happened? i changed my hart rate to “i don’t know” (so maybe it is false improvement) and from 1 to 2 of us in our household; and MS for education; and actualy lowered numbers spend excercising.
i need to:
- measure my HR
- floss
- fish oil
- increase frends&family time
- more fruits, veggies, nuts
- more excercise
everything that i like!!! :-)

improved 5 years in 1 month. insane! but i swear it is visible in the mirror!
i forgot what i did in the mean time since i log to realAge often to read my reccomendations.
i do pilates twice a week and some other things, as omega3 (instead of fish), vegies. but pilates made majority of change, i suppose, since there is some stretching and some light strength exercise.
oh yeah. and i ticked off bad back (i forgot i ever had it).

i improved by 2 years in 2 months but i dont know how, since i couldn’t update the test i did it again so i don’t know where’s difference. i suppose it is that i have increased my fruit and veegie and soy intake, and i meditate daily. and i have more friends.
i plan to focus on 4 easy steps (4 F)
multiVitamin
omega3 and soya instead of Fish
Flexibility
Floss
i purchased the book and it is great.
also the site improved further
we are blessed to have such a great, life-altering tools as 43T and realAge for free!!

couple of months ago it was +4, it means in 2 years i grew older 8 years. and my mirror tells me the same.
i don’t have my test from before to compare what went wrong except family member ilness, but it doesn’t matter now…

i did not almost any step mentioned below (maybe some fruit occasionaly but not enough), i only visited my Dr to tell me my chol. levels and entered them and that’s why my results are better.
My HDL 1.4 should be higher: what a surprise, i need to excercise!

i had healthy breakfast, i had my vitamines, omega-3, my fruits (4 pcs), and i cooked my lunch. what is more important, i really pay attention on what i do and eat.
but 11 “portions” of fiber carbs? is it like whole loaf of bread every day? that is insane! i need to release some more fat. i strongly disagree.
i tried different things and for me soy zona diet is the best.
my carb prescription is 11 blocks, but that includes all carb sources, dense carbs (but not high GI), veggies and fruits. no way i can eat so much bread, rice etc. without gaining weight with all that fruits and veggies.
so i choose zone recommendation, it suits me the best.

i’m so curious; partial results were -1.8, -2.1, -3.1 {{happy dance}}
why they need so long to send the results?
and i also dislike the format…
i can already see what i can immediately change: water, excercise, omega3, vitamins, excecise, fruit, veggies… have i mention excercise?
well i know all that already, but i’m such a test freak. i just LOVE measurable goals!
