so i went to gym and pool 2 sundays that is a small victory in itself, and skipped the third (it was closed). plan to add another day, wensday.
can’t complain since i’m abt 27% BF in spite of all. several more and that’s it!

i erg and watch my diet and it is working!

regarding march madness, i can’t erg each day; but i can do what i can and next year is another opportunity. this is great, too.

  • since i’m giving up empty food for the lent, i ate it to say goodbye and gained 1 kg!
  • trying to drink more water interfere with my BF readings (it was before i gained that 1 kg)
  • BF% 31,6% !!???
  • skipped valentine rowers challenge since I was sore from pilates and there were those days. and i actually had some social life those days that were more important than this.
  • no swimming so far

  • i’m exercising regularily for almost a month now, pilates 2×1h/w, and i am stronger, i walk different, and i can tie my shoe one-legged


2009 goals 10 months ago

Each month improve body composition by 1% and start something new. Build core strength, improve my posture. Participate happily in some local sporting events such as swimming league. Build healthy lifetime weekly habits.

Original goals:

Feb 29% 9 – 14.2. Valentine rower challenge
and start swimm drills
Mar 28% March madness challenge
Apr 27% start going to woods and swim 5k program
May 26% start zero to 1 mile program OW swimming and NW woods

pilates class 11 months ago

i had flu this winter and was lying flat for a whole week
followed with a whole month of slightly raised temperature
and it was very cold winter

i can feel my back is not like it used to be, due to all that
so i discovered this pilates class in neighbourhood
i knew i was rusty (understatement)
so i’m gently reintroducing this goal into my life

it is twice a week and it is very easy (for me this first session was hardly bearable) so it suits me perfectly!



summer is not over! 15 months ago

i almost started to pour down my huge sadness over missed summer, but it is not over yet!
it was better than last summer, though, but it is not comforting cus last summer was 300% disaster and this summer only 150% disaster.
it was hard to go swimming althoug i enjoy it more than anything. i just felt i have not strenght. couple of times i went, it was too noisy so it drained my energy. i missed open pool almost completly. ONE weekend left before it closes.
but those 2 times i went, it was magic.
isn’t that sad. so sad.
that habit of postponing things until it is too late, i want to let it go.
that is why i put hedonism as my no 1 goal.
so help me God and all angels.



summer 2009 goals 16 months ago

this time i plan backwards, starting from this time next year – what i wish i already did!!

  • be de luxe posture
  • perfect my BM
  • cross league & puntijarka thursdays (don’t have to run, nordic walking is fine)
  • row on water (that means at least 3 months of strength training before)
  • 15.7.-15.8: afternoon in closed pool, 15.8-5.9 in open pool – it is the only time in year when there is afternoon termin available and i want to enjoy all of it!
  • swimming league (that means drills during the winter and 0-1650 program during the spring)
  • tracking league once a month(that means being in shape & able to do it!!)
