napping in front of TV becouse of noisy neighbours. i really need to try another room and see how it works.

i need to purchase some kind of sound bareer, until than it is not realistic. but if i count sleeping in front of TV, that’s another thing.
so i woke before 7 this morning and actualy did something usefull with that extra time :-)
i started to excercise and i’m so tired that i both take afternoon nap and i fall asleep early, so i wake up earlier each day, this morning it was at 7AM.
...well it is not actually “with the sun” but is improvement…
now my noisy neighbours are leaving for summer vacations !thanks god! so i’ll have chance to spend quiet evenings, that will eventually lead to early mornings… eary fresh and nice mornings i am missing yet…
since MDS was visiting us (and she sleeped in TV room) i couldn’t mask my neighbour’s noise sleepeng in front of TV as i used to do. so i politely asked his mother to keep it down. yesterday evening i went to sleep early with no noise!!! {nock nock} and woke up early this morning.
watched TV until 3AM this morning and ate a whole 200gr chocolate… after my fav show, total makeover, i was supposed to go to bed, but i wasn’t sleepy.
sometimes when i’m not pleased with my choices (read: horrified with person i’m turning into…more precisely: becoming aware i am…), i continue to make less than good choices… well, it was yesterday…
i need to switch to listening to music and/or reading
and i sort of given up of getting up with sun, it is too early these days, 6AM.
maybe i can get up within 1 hour after the sunset; that is also a valid goal.
and discontinued SMS alerts while on travel. currently it is 6:30 and i need to catch up with it. clock switch is coming soon so it is not so early as it looks.
i entered sunrise times to google calendar and i will get out of bed when i hear it. i will!
