8 more to go. 21 more days…3 weeks, that’s a loss of 2.66 lbs a week. I’ve got this!

Today: hiked, 30D Shred – Week 1, ate lite (think thin bar)/protein shake. Having Greek for dinner! :)

It’s a little aggressive, but I am just going to eat healthy and continue doing the 30 Day Shred. Going to CR on the 31st and want to ROCK the bikini!

p.s. I read some of my old entries about being 110-114 and it was easy peezy for me. I’d like to get back to that ASAP! I remember a time when no matter what I ate, I never saw over 119 on the scale. It just didn’t happen. Personally, I know getting under 120 is psychological for me because I haven’t seen it in awhile and seems like foreign territory. BUT, I’m going to do it, for ME. I want to feel comfortable and beautiful in my body. Here’s to doing this for US!

Food:
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, egg, oatmeal, coffee
L: salad, minestrone soup, 1&1/2 breadsticks @ Olive Garden

I have no idea what my weight is, but I fit my size 0 shorts from Gap yay! Just going to continue doing push-ups, maybe 100 a day with 20 per set? That’s not too bad. :) Also going to cut down on sweets – seeing a boy in about a month and want to look smokin’- game on.

Went shopping last night and beginning my healthful eating today! Or just eating for life and a little bit of pleasure. :)

I was on a cruise and want to somewhat detox for the next few weeks. Might record weight/food for a bit to get back on track.

Today:
-coffee with milk + sugar
-peach/banana/strawberries/raisins
-corn muffin
-angel food cake with fage, strawberries, bananas
-Moroccan soup (homemade) with brown rice

Been eating so great!

Banana pancakes with peanut butter and Fage.
Lots of fruit.
Beans and rice.
Trail mix.
Salads with turkey/cheddar/cucumbers.

This is happening so easily, I can’t believe it!

Only 13.8 lbs left to release!! My body is changing everyday and it’s so exciting. :D

Yesterday:
Soo much spring cleaning—felt great!

Food:
-pear
-spinach smoothie
-chicken/rice/veggies
-carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
-mint cookie ice cream
-baked doritos
-salad with turkey and cheddar
-cantaloupe

Everything was completely in moderation and it was so fulfilling, if anything I was a little too full by the end of the night!

So, just 14 lbs. left to release easily, happily and healthily!

I did a wonderful hour of zumba.

Ate:

-vanilla tea with almond milk
-banana
-apple
-vanilla frap
-turkey/sharp cheddar salad
-tortilla soup with rice
-baked doritos
-tea

Super excited about my progress. Went to pilates yesterday and am starting to feel stronger. Might start a Jillian Michaels DVD for a few days this month. Need to get in shape for a few days of a getaway.

-brown rice/chicken/greens – brussell sprouts, bok choy, onion
-cinnamon toast crunch/almond milk
-carrot cake/mint choco cookie ice cream

16.6 lbs to release! Going to do this with ease and happily!! :D

Today my weight is 125.4. Soo, I have 17.4 lbs to release! I can do it, just wanted to put it out there what my intention is:

I intend to reach 108 lbs. with ease and pleasure! I also intend to reach 116 lbs. by my birthday. :D

My weight yesterday was a crazy 122.4! I think that’s what happens when you eat super clean then let back in the bad ways of eating, haha! It was nice to slim down for the wedding though, that’s for sure. I have a bit to go for my goal weight but I’m not going to let it get me down. I’ll just be a bit more determined and try to eat fresher. :)

Today I ate:
-bowl of raisins/banana/orange/strawberries
-1/2 subway sandwich
-chex cheddar mix
-1 skinny cow ice cream sandwich
-handful of yogurt covered raisins
-few bites of a sweet potato

It’s only 3:30 too, but wow, that was too much food in one sitting. Time for water, and lots of it!
