Remembering

Every so often when husband is cooking, I remember something—some tip or something I used to do and I tell him that.

I have been neglecting this goal.
What is happening now though is every so often I get the urge to do something like bake bread etc.

I am renewing my interest in cooking

microwave

I made some nachos with salsa and cheese in the microwave.
Maybe that does not sound big, but the last thing I tried to cook resulted in a smokey kitchen.
The nachos were delicious.

tbi and cooking

I’ve forgotten how to cook due to my traumatic brain injury.
Connections are slowly coming back though. Once in awhile, I can give a cooking suggestion—they just pop into my head!

I have a timer so I quit burning things on the stove.

I lack self-discipline.

I used to love to cook.

If I wait until I “feel like” doing something, I might be waiting forever. I just have to do it.
