I’ve started doing a bit more yoga and it makes my body and mind feel more at ease. I’ve really needed that centering and stress relief.

Because of the heavy smog and heat today and feel a bit drained, I took a detour from normal workout and did some yoga instead of cardio. I couldn’t remember very many poses, but it felt good and was a good way to relax.
I haven’t been very good on doing stretching. I have a couple yoga decks, which have been useful in the past. It is best to do it in the mornings, but I hate getting up early, although I got up early last Friday and just 20 extra minutes made a world of difference. So, perhaps I will try at least one day this week of getting up early to stretch and possibly exercise.
