I have noticed that I spend too much time on the internet when I’m feeling upset or don’t want to deal with a certain issue or situation. Or when I am trying to avoid really looking at myself and figuring out what is wrong Maybe setting limits on email checking and how long I’m on the computer would be good.

I think I’m going to start setting aside blocks of time at work to not be on the internet
