I really need to do more exicise more. I do two PE lessons a week and also ballroom and latin dancing but i really need to do more. Please help? I also have a dog but i never have time to walk him because of all my school work and stuff and then there is no way to go really. I do like roller blading but my skates are useless and i only go ice skating three times a year around christmas. I swim a bit but only once a month now. I feel really unfit and the nearest gym to us is half an hour away and its terrible because its full of older people and i’m not aloud in there. I wish i could do more does anyone have any idea’s?
