I was a little late in doing this, because my best friend called this morning, and then I had a job interview, but I just made my list and I am sticking to it!

I have decided that every morning I will try to make a list of all the stuff I need to do before I eat breakfast. That way I will be able to focus on eating breakfast, and not the stuff I have to do, because it will already be written down! This will also help me reach my goal of taking better care of myself, because mindful eating is part of that goal!
