I signed up at the gym today! I’m stoked. I can’t wait to go to free yoga classes and I have an appointment with a personal trainer on monday! yay

There are so many ways in which I would like to take care of myself more consistently:
drink more water
get back into Bikram
practice yoga regularly
eat mindfully
let go of the past
treat myself to nice things
say more nice things to myself
start biking
go on more walks
get a massage regularly
take more saunas
got to the beach more
spend more time with friends
go on random adventures
This is just a small list, I also want to try and think “am I taking care of myself right now?” as I do things throughout the day. I feel like thats a good start.
