I have been making an effort at this by focusing on the structure of my letters after I retrained myself to write with my shoulder. It appears to be allimulating into my every day writing.

So, I started seeing an improvement, however it is deteriorating as I am taking more less time to write. I need to keep paying attetion to my writing and putting in the extra time to make it look nice until it becomes a habit.
I am forcing myself to use the proper grip and trying to convice my arm/shoulder to write instead on my hand. It’s quite dificult, and my handwriting looks worse. However, it is more flowy and less jerky. I want to pick up preschool paper or a handwriting booklet to try and start reforming my letters with my shoulder. I also heard of tactile paper, so there’s a bump. I think that might work for a kinestetic leaner which I am.
Any specific paper brand recomendations? Ones that are nice to write on, I am sure i could find a decent grid paper brand to use.
Does the paper you write on affect your writing the way the pen you write with does?
