There is a reason it is called beauty sleep. It is a time for the body to rest and purify itself.
My skin always breaks out and the tone becomes less even when I do not get enough… like today. However, like most other symptoms of sleep deprivation is temporary.

I got in to see the dermatologists and got some new prescriptions.
I am currently using:
AM- Cleanser: My Chelle Cranberry Cleanser
Toner: Aubery Organics Natural Herbal Facial Astringant for Oily Skin
Moisturizer: Derma E Clear Skin 3 Problem Moisturizer
Treatment: Duac Topical gel (prescription; clindamycin 1%, benzoyl peroxide 5%)
Other: Eyederma Eye Puffines and Dark Circle Corrector (for my dark circles) and Exuviance Professional Intence Lightening Complex (to fade any mark left by blemishes)Clarins UV plus Protective Day Screen SPF 40PM- Cleanser: My Chelle Cranberry Cleanser
Toner: Aubery Organics Natural Herbal Facial Astringant for Oily Skin
Moisturizer: Derma E Clear Skin 3 Problem Moisturizer
Treatment: Finacea topical gel (prescription, azelaic acid 15%)
Other: Eyederma Eye Puffines and Dark Circle Corrector (for my dark circles) and Exuviance Professional Intence Lightening Complex (to fade any mark left by blemishes)
Orally- Doryx 100 millagrams (prescription antibiotic; morning and night)
Organic Aloe Juice (2 ounces once daily)
Master Greens (in 8 ounces of water once daily; has full daily needs of vitamin A and C)
Water (64 or more ounces a day)
Acidophilus (twice daily)
Biotin, Vitimin E, Vitimin K, Magnesimn Asportate, Calcium Citrate
Tablspoon of Flaxseed oil (dont get to this one daily)
Three tablespoons of Brewers yeast (dont get to this one daily)
Also-starting microdermabrasion every other week
Comments: I would recommend everything stated above except Exuviance Professional Intence Lightening Complex because it is the secounf cleach cream I tried and the results are mild. Also, I will refrain from recomending the antibiotic because it is an antibiotic and those have known negative side effect, but in the end that didnt stop me from using and I should mention bemishes on my back have decreased since I started taking it. Finacea topical gel causes some inching after application, but I found it bearable and like the results, so I still recomend that. Duac is $200 which is rediculous in my book and master greens taste terible. Clarins is the only suncreen that I have found that doesnt break me out.
I am also get the UV photo that shows sun damage to the skin in July when I next see my dermatologist.
Also I made an appointment to get yaz (the pill) and now have silk sheets and pillowcases. I also do periodic honey masks and aztec clay masks.
And I am vegeatergian with a low dairy diet. I try to stay away from dairy as I think it causes flare ups.

But I am still breaking out. I have started drinking aloe juice on recomendation for a photographer who used to model herself. It might be helping….I really broke out bad and then I went on a casting. The photographer says “I love you. You would do great for beauty blah blah. So e-mail me when your skin clears up and will do a beauty shoot.” Lovely.

Master Greens
Today I tried a new suppilement today. The green food stuff. It was nasty… but I am going to continue with it for a week and see how my skin looks! I also want to test my PH and I suppose I’ll go from there once I see how it is.
That’s the way too go attack it from the inside and out!!!

I still haven’t made that appointment…
Nonetheless, I have been doing a terriffic job washing my face morning and night and taking my vitamins. I think I should start taking vitamin C too. I bought accidophilis, which I have been out of for a long time now! Oh and silk sheet, which are good for your skin and hair :).

Someone threaten to make me eat zuccinni if I don’t make an appionment with my dermatoligest. Oh and I am planning to buy eye-derma this mounth for my dark circles….
I really need to start up again with the microdermabrasion…
I, however, love the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer I have found. All different brands, by the way.
I need to get my butt in the bathroom at bedtime and consistantly wash it!

Ugg! My skin looks terrible and I know why. It’s because I have been eating so much dairy. I know its bad for me, but I am so bad at stopping. I need to get back to the gym too. Tomarrow!

It’s improving. Two reasons: (1) warm spell in California, and (2) I am back to being vegan.

I am not wearing make-up till friday! Then I have too! Hopefully some of the mess on my face will dissapper! Things I hate: my period, stress, how good dairy products taste, and WINTER! I need to go back to being vegan! I have been saying that for a while.

I bought a new mask with clay. I am hoping to draw some of the impurities outof my skin :)!!! Yay, purer (is that a word?) skin! I am continueing with the honey treaments and have started getting back on track with my water intake. Lastly, I want to start skin brushing to help realse toxins. I scurbed my entire body in the shower today with a sea spunge (as a warm-up?). It hurt!!! What? I’ve got to find an appropriate skin brush, preferably a gentle one.
