decorate my room

I finished hemming it; I still need to put it up though. I still want a mirror, two framed paintings, and a new dresser.

The store that I wanted to buy my mirror from did not have it. They said they may get another shipment in three weeks, but was sure. The clerk had me leave my information and will call if they get some in. ... sniffle.

The drapes for my bed have been pinned but not altered to the right length, because they were too long. This Thursday I will be going to my favorite furniture store in LA and looking at a mirror. To be finished (in my mind) I still need: a dresser that matches the rest of my furniture, two frames, and two paintings. It will probably total around $1,400.00. So I don’t expect to complete it for a while.

Red velvet curtains hung! And I have drapes for my bed that are not hung yet.

I am asking for the dresser to match my bedroom set. My mom has saved up $120 for a Mirror over the dresser and I found one I liked on ebay, but it was too small. I was sad. I also found the to paintings I want for my room on there, now I guess I will just have to wait for the means to buy them.

My friend painted my this piece for my birthday with the right color scheme. It is impressionistic, which is not my favorite style, but it has sentimental value. I need to buy a frame for it.

We are recarpting my house :)!

I have put down $400 on my mahogamy bed frame. I will pay the rest next mounth. I also bought a box to replace the silver one I kept pencils and thing in on my night stand. It is gold so it cordinates with the rest of my room. I also stard looking at what I would replace my current bed spread with.

Well I just repainted my room the same color! White it is and white it will stay (actually that is “swiss coffee”). I have moldings in my room and like a very clean classic look. i have also purchused a gold mirror and and little tray to make all my perfumes look addorable. I have money now to purchase some more items it is just gettin that done.
