I gave away a lot of my sister’s large dress clothes to a lady who needed them from the Kansas City Freecycle list. I am sending all of my clothes that I have outgrown to my sister in Texas. We like to trade clothes based on sizes. So I am calling this accomplished. I should have no larger clothes to give away until I move another couple of sizes down. Right now I only have one time where I’ll need to wear dress pants, and I should be able to fit into them when that happens. After I drop a couple of sizes I will clean out the closets again and send what my sister wants and FreeCycle the rest.

This past week I sold 4 pairs of jeans to a lady at work, but nothing else. They are good quality and lightly used clothes, even if they are a bigger size, but no one seems to want them. So I will be taking them to a clothing drop site in the next couple of days.
I’ve acquired a lot of my sister’s clothes this week as she is losing weight and is now a size smaller than me. So I have gained all her old large clothes that I can mend, alter or shrink to fit me. This is a great way to change a whole wardrobe. Of course when (not if) I lose more weight, I will shrink as much as possible, then donate to another cousin of ours or to a charity.
