So, I did exercise. I went to the gym and started the Couch to 5k podcast at week 4. It felt good. I gotta do it today…but the gym is closed and it’s snowing! That should make it more fun. Don’t think about the cold. Don’t think about the cold.
I got my new bike and I rode it a bunch this weekend…about 8 miles total. I can’t wait to ride it to work. I made it up a bunch of hills I was worried about needing to get off and walk, so I feel pretty good about that.
