I got a referral from my doctor to go to a nutritionist to help me figure myself out. I have a feeling I may have a sensitivity to wheat. I seem to get sick after every meal no matter what I eat, which is very discouraging toward cooking. I still cook for my husband though, for dinner and on weekends.

I’ve been doing lots of cleaning lately. I seem to iron all the time. I’m making progress in this area in general I think, but it still needs more work…

I’m getting really frustrated, I need to do some serious research and find some things that I can eat without affecting my health… If I can get at least 5-10 good dinner recipies going in a binder, I think that’ll keep me content.

However…
I’m lactose intolerant.
Both of my parents and one of my two siblings are diabetic. I’m not as of this time, but I still have to keep an eye on my sugar intake.
I’ve been sensitive to tomato products lately (ketchup, including ketchup baked on meatloaf, bbq sauce, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce…).
The doctor just diagnosed me with high cholesterol.
I’ve never liked most veggies, I guess I need to start liking them.
And of course both my husband and I need to lose weight.

So far I’ve got chicken salad, made with skinless baked chicken.

What else??? Who has low-fat, low-calorie, low-cholesterol, low-sugar/sugar-free, lactose-free, tomato-free recipies that aren’t primarily vegetables? =/
