...keep thinking to myself is “fat fat fatty fat” because I’ve been an incredibly lazy person with respect to this goal.
Maybe it’s because the weather took a turn for the frigid, or there were too many events in the past week that kept me busy with entertaining and food, and not motivated for the gym.
Today, I get back on the wagon…or treadmill in this case. I figure I can stand to lose another 10 lbs, and hopefully by summer I will.
Argh!

...to get back on this. I mean I go to the gym often enough, but I’ve been slipping food-wise (lots of baking being the culprit) and I think in order to do more than maintain I need to hit the gym more than what I’ve been doing because the baking bug has bit and it ain’t going away soon! grin

Damn cold.

But I am on vacation in another country far, far away from reality and even now, I am off to the gym.
I feel the flab oozing back into place due to eating out and lack of nervous activity that comes with “reality”, so I figure I will appease my conscience and go to the gym.
Am I nuts? Or Dedicated? grin

...hopeless this week, but didn’t gain any weight so not too crestfallen about it.
Gym this weekend, attempt at bikini-buying next week and hopefully I wont look too awful in the suit once on the beach.

...have gone back to the gym, thanks to harassing phone calls from my personal trainer. Good harassing calls, as they motivated me to go back to the gym and thus end the calls.
So another session tonight, and then it is up to me the rest of the week to get my jiggly butt to the gym.

...going to start this seriously. I mean I’ve joined a gym and they are taking money out of my account every month for use of a 24-hour facility that I barely use.
Even if it is half an hour running on a treadmill and 15 min of weights; I just need to get into a routine and get going. I used to do this religiously and then kerploof, I fell off the exercise-wagon. I think it is because I haven’t gained any weight from lack of exercise. This is because I’ve managed to control my eating of bad food and try to be active if not athletic.
But I still need my bikini-body in three months. There’s a goal for you! (It’s actually my number one goal on here. How shallow?!)
