My mom’s side of the family is Persian and Farsi is such a nice language—saw a ton of Persian films at the Iranian Film Festival here recently and couldn’t get enough of listening to it, though I could only make out random phrases. I’d love to see Iran someday and be able to communicate with my relatives.
