clean out my email inboxes

I have probably 60 to 70 emails in my inbox that I haven’t even opened yet. That is after I sort out everything I know for sure is junk-mail. It is getting worse every day. If I don’t get to it before next week I’m afraid it will be too late.

I just realized how much mail can pile up in a short time. The last week I was super busy at work, and then after work planning for things going on at work. I barely even checked my mail and now it will take me a couple hours just to read through my mail, delete junk, and sort the rest into folders.

It seems like it just keeps piling up. Having like 4 email accounts doesn’t really help me either. When I was in the process of moving, I didn’t check my email very often, and when I did they were all disasters not to mention that all of the websites I used in researching my move were now sending me junk mail. AND I didn’t have time to clean out my work email from my last job before I left so I just moved it all into one of my other email accounts and now I have email at my new job. Arrrghhh. I have been slowly going through it and separating it out into folders, reading things from the oldest to newest, and either printing/deleting or just deleting. Now I try to keep up with it each day and not let it get worse again until I can finish my clean-up.
