so I’m on week 2 and missed my 3rd workout because instead I chose to do gardening . I am very sore .
I’ll start the week again since I was struggling to reach the max.Sigh…

I started the 100 push up program . I like it but its fairly challenging …on the + side it doesn’t take a lot of time !
