need to get back on this… but now that I’m mostly broke, it’s easier to justify NOT buying soda.
If I do need something sweet… I’ve recently discovered Special K2O Protein water. I need more of both, so it’s just killing two birds with one stone! :)

... is to ween myself down to water. i can’t just drink water usually, i need something with flavor. so – replace soda with kool-aid and crystal light. progessively drop the levels of sugar in kool-aid, stick with crystal light. drop down to just water when applicable.
we shall see.
soda is just empty calories, and it’s ridiculous how much of it i drink. well, i could be worse, but there are so many other options out there. not only will this make me healthier, but it’ll cost less too. here goes nothin’!
