of solid crunches yesterday morning to “bombs over bagdad” by outkast. I’m feeling it today, but I also feel fantastic!

...yesterday and I have ab muscles in there somewhere! I know, because they hurt! :)
did pilates this morning in my living room, and the soreness in my stomach muscles that I have now hasn’t happened in a while! but it’s welcome! If I could just work on them three or four times a week, I think I would be okay. I’m naturally pretty trim, so it’s just the toning I need to work on. And I’m going to get the slow cooker going while I’m at work, so I can have dinner ready for me, because I know I’ll be hungry after work tonight and I don’t want the temptation of fast food!
Now just keep it up… starting is the hardest part, right?
