I need to remember to schedule my body fat percentage test for next week Friday or Saturday. Almost done with the 16 week plan and it has been awesome!

4 weeks to go!
5 weeks and 1 day left on my plan. I’ve gotten great results already, so it has been tough to maintain my motivation knowing that I can’t lose much more weight, if any. I just need to keep telling myself that there is only 5 more weeks and then I can reward myself with my movie and big tub of movie theater popcorn.

I’m almost 6 weeks in now, and the progress continues. This will be an out-of-order update that isn’t in my blog, but I’m currently down to 176.6 pounds, which is the lowest I’ve ever been in my adult physical form. 6 weeks ago I was at 182.0, so the progress over these 6 weeks has been visible and significant!

I’ve completed nearly 5 weeks and I’ve never been more motivated than I am right now to keep this up. Seeing the results is a fantastic motivator. I have abs! I’m already in the best shape that I have ever been in, but I’m not done yet. I’ve got at least 11 more weeks to go.
I’ve also never been more confident about my physical appearance than I am right now, and I’ve still got work to do!
I am now 4 weeks into my plan and seeing good results. 12 weeks to go! I’ve posted updates and photos on my blog. Check it out and follow me as I continue my diet and exercise program!
