I’m declaring mine good enough. I don’t know if I’ll ever get more definition in my abs than I’ve got now, but I think mine are alright.

We do a lot of ab crunches at Tae Kwon Do. A lot, I mean hundreds. I’ve already noticed some more tone in my abs because of this. I don’t quite have the ripped six pack that I want, but I’m close.
I feel motivated right now, so I’m gonna run with it. I’m gonna drop a few pounds (maybe 5 or so) and try to bring out my abs. I’m gonna make sure to workout 3 days a week and get back on my bike. I have to get in shape for cycling season anyway.
