I’ve been trying to get up at 5am to go swimming before work during the week for a couple weeks. I’ve succeeded once. This is one of those situations where I need to be more motivated.

I’ll never make the cover of Triathlete Magazine if I am being lazy, right?

I’ll never make the cover of Triathlete Magazine anyway, but you get what I mean.



It comes and goes 3 years ago

At times I fell very motivated to do something, and sometimes I can ride that motivation for months before I get lazy again. Other times I stay unmotivated for long periods of time. I need to find a way to find a happy medium and make the motivation last. Sometimes a lack of time hurts my motivation as well. I need to stop procrastinating because I think this helps to cause the time problems.
