I’ve got a really good routine when I’m working in the office, one that gets me to drink 72oz of water each day, easy. One 24 oz bottle in the morning, one at lunch, one when I go to the gym in the afternoon. (I have two cups of green tea/day too – still while at the office!)
When I telecommute, or – like this week – have full-day meetings elsewhere, my water consumption drops. I need to figure out some motivational plan or reminders, because I do telecommute fairly often.
