the days are getting warmer – sun rising earlier and so less excuses not to do it! been running twice this week before work. Painful but will stick with it.
The plan i’m using is nicely structure and aims to buid up a solid base and fitness so that’s good. Feeling confident!

Found a good looking programme in the attached. It starts really simply and is a 3-day a week commitment to start off with. Promises 60-65 minutes in 14 weeks. So that’ll be end May.
Next goal now is to register for a charity run!

Here’s the scoop. I’m rubbish at running long distance. Always have been. I want to get aerobically fit, lose a tad of weight and be able to run 10Km. Objective is to achieve this by early summer – say June. But that’ll depend on current level of fitness which i expect ain’t great. So what I need is:
– training plan
– motivation & commitment
Idea is to go running tomorrow morning and roughly 3 times a week. Now to look for a training plan!
