Booked a course for 24 March… yes can’t wait. Not too much progress on the pecs and arms training but have 10 days now to really cane it.

Actually this goal won’t get kicked off for some time as am completely broke and I need to go on a course etc that will cost alot. So guess I’ll kick this off next month, in earnest.
However, in prep for the kick-off, I need to strengthen up arms & pecs and overall stamina… So guess I’ll be doing this. Tentative starting point: train relative muscles 3 times a week. To be better defined at a later date!
