I know it doesn’t seem like much but I’ve exercised two days this week and my goal is five days a week. Only three days left! I know I can do it. My biggest problem though is procrastinating so to stop that I’ve started exercising in the morning. If I wait all day I know I won’t do it. I’ve been an on/off exerciser for some time now but I really want to make it a habit.
